Is there any way I could get the book autographed by Ralph?
I bought a cel from “American Pop” and he signed it for me.

Yes! It isn’t quite in place yet, but Victoria over at Ralphbakshi.com has said she will be securing a limited amount of copies to get signed and sell them at Ralph’s official site. If you are going to the San Diego Comicon this summer there is a good chance you could also get Ralph to sign you copy or buy one there.
